Questions
Are my photos uploaded to make the PDF?
No. The PNG files are read and combined in your browser, so they never leave your device and are not sent to FastOCR or anyone else. It is free with no sign-up. A separate paid FastOCR action reads the text in a PDF, and it uploads a file only after you choose it.
What happens to transparent areas in a PNG?
They are filled with white, so the page does not turn black in a PDF viewer or on a printer. The visible picture is otherwise unchanged.
How do I put several screenshots in one PDF?
Drop them together or add more later. Each PNG becomes one page, and you can reorder them or sort by file name before you download.
Can I change the page order and size?
Yes. Move, rotate or delete any page, or sort by file name or date taken. Pick the page size (same as the image, A4 or Letter), the orientation and a margin, and the PDF updates before you download.
Can I search the PDF?
Not at first. The images become pictures in the PDF, so the text in them is not selectable. FastOCR can add searchable text afterwards if you choose it.
